Section III - Acknowledgement

My daughter will be a currently registered member of Girl Scouts of USA. This includes paying the $25.00 registration fee for the 2024 year.
We will read and adhere to the rules and guidelines of the cookie program.
I will give my daughter proper supervision and adult guidance.
We will observe the dates, January 12 - March 17, 2024, of the cookie program and will not sell before or after these dates.
I understand that payment is collected at time of delivery, not at time of order. Cookie Share donations and online orders are the only exception to this.
We will not conduct booth sales or booth alternatives (lemonade stands, wagon/walkabouts, drive-thrus, etc.) prior to February 23, 2024.
We will not post on online selling sites, such as: Craigslist, eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
We will not sell or re-sell product/item in a commercial environment that has not been approved in Smart Cookies.
We will sell cookies at listed prices per package; no more, no less.
We accept full financial responsibility and liability for all cookies and money collected.
We will get signed receipts for all cookies received and for money turned in.
We understand that cookies cannot be returned to my council. Once we sign for the products/items, it is our responsibility to deliver them. Returns at the troop level are at the discretion of each individual troop.
I will give my Girl Scout proper supervision and adult guidance.
We will turn in all money to my troop cookie manager no later than March 20.
We will make sure checks are payable to GSHCC Troop#[your troop number].
We will read and adhere to the safety guidelines of the cookie program.
We will not post any personal information online, such as last name, address, school, or cookie booth locations.
I have/will review the family program guide and reward card.
It is my responsibility to check the GSHCC website for any program changes due to COVID-19.
I am responsible for keeping up to date with any new product program information available via email, Rallyhood, and GSHCC website.
I understand that I am responsible for referring to the program guide and/or training in the event that I have program related questions.
I understand that if I have a question/concern not answered in the program guide and/or training, I should reach out to my cookie manager. In the event they are not able to assist, I will reach out to Smart Cookies or GSHCC customer care as applicable.
I understand that GSHCC is not responsible for product or reward selections discrepancies if I do not meet program deadlines. GSHCC cannot make product or reward edits after March 24, 2024.
